If you keep an eye on the big bookstores' websites (B&N, Borders, etc.) they have arrival dates for books that will be published in the near future. I think they go about four months out. That might be another way to see when Michael's book will be published (well, when it'll arrive in stores, at any rate). BTW… on the book thing.
