If you keep an eye on the big bookstores&#039; websites (B&amp;N, Borders, etc.) they have arrival dates for books that will be published in the near future.  I think they go about four months out.  That might be another way to see when Michael&#039;s book will be published (well, when it&#039;ll arrive in stores, at any rate).</description>
