I posted this on the site, but wanted to throw it open for comments… Michael is now the only Western journalist to have lived in Iraq since before the war began. There’s no telling whether CNN will keep him there if things remain quiet (and the odds of THAT happening are…???) or if he will be used more to cover other stories, as he was for the Pakistan elections. And even though it wasn’t a competition, it still is very impressive, in my book. And hey, if Wolf can tout The Best Political Team on Television ad infinitum, who knows, maybe he will start mentioning Michael’s incredible dedication to the story…
